A printable PDF for a pattern larger than 60 × 60 stitches is $3.99. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment. Email support@crossstitchpatterncreator.com with the receipt and the pattern name. The refunds page states the same rule, and the terms describe what you can sell.
