Questions
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay $3.99 once for one larger pattern. There are no plans, packs or renewals.
What if I change the pattern after I pay?
Download it again as often as you like after editing it, as long as it is the same pattern.
Do I need an account to pay?
No. Checkout asks for an email address, and we email you a link that downloads the pattern again on any device. Signing in with that email later lists every pattern you bought.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment. Email the address on the contact page with your receipt.
